  I got an eyelash perm for the second time with maxicare eyebrows and it was quite a bad experience. The first time I got a lift I was charged $70 (this was a couple months ago). When I phoned to book another appointment in I was told that I’d be charged $70 so of course I booked it in. I then arrived to my appointment and the employee did not converse with me as she was caught “too busy” with another client until after 20 minutes of waiting (20 minutes into my booked appointment). I was then sat on the chair and looked after and as I had my eyes closed I was treated with care. Once she was finished, I was told that eyelash perm is $90 when the quoted price I booked in with was $70. She then gave me $10 discount. I was quite disgusted with maxicares customer service as I was charged an amount I was not prepared to pay. The next morning from the perm I woke up with conjunctivitis... Seriously? Re- think before you use maxicare eyebrows for an eyelash perm because you will get ripped off and come home with conjunctivitis. Very dissappointed! Improve your service.
