  This is a dodgy ass real estate. We moved in after the owners left in a hurry leaving the place a pigsty. We cleaned the place up, fixed the broken pool pump, claned all the junk out of the carport and organised a council clean up to get rid of the junk. Owners came one day and chopped trees down and demand we organise to get rid of a skip bin full of waste. When we left we got professional cleaners in, paying $700 for an end of lease clean, the place was 10 times better than when we moved in and they tried to argue the bond with us. I have never had an issue with a bond nor a real estate until I dealt with Ironfish Burwood. Steer clear of this lot, they are very unprofessional and basically tried to rip is off. Unscrupulous operator. There were no smoke alarms, there was no working pool fence, and no safety signs around the pool. Real Estate not only would not rectify issues, they tried to charge us for all the mess that was left to us when we moved in. I would recommend you stay away from this organisation for renting.
